I offer a holistic approach to therapy that blends evidence-based techniques with empathy. I work using a collaborative and non-judgmental approach, as I believe healing and growth happens when you feel understood and accepted. I blend evidence-based techniques, trauma-informed care and practical skills training to help build their resilience to address their presenting problems outside the therapeutic setting.
